Video Game Mermaid

This was published in my artbook, "Steampunk Rising: The Art of Sandra Chang-Adair" by SQP Books.
I thought it would be funny to paint a mermaid underwater playing video games with a broken controller...how many of these would work when wet? So her little sea friends decide to humor her by pretending to be sprites in the game. I depicted her as Asian and made her and gave her tail a shiny, latex appearance.
