Steampunk Lioness from Wizard of Oz

Back cover to my art book, "Steampunk Rising: The Art of Sandra Chang-Adair", published by SQP Books.
I wanted to paint a role-reversal of the cowardly lion from Wizard of Oz as a Steampunk female. I tried to make her hair curly like a lion mane and have her goggles represent ears. I was trying to make her face with really soft blends like Cris Ortega or Melanie Delon.
