Steampunk Harley Quinn

Published in "Steampunk Rising: The Art of Sandra Chang-Adair" by SQP Books.
There are a lot of Harley Quinn cosplayers on the internet and I especially like the steampunk ones. I decided to create my own version. I included the reference I used for the bustle. I've always liked the visual design of the Harley Quinn character, but I don't like her personality in the comic books.
